Voting Statistics

Tired of the "same old- same old" of American Politics. I know we are. In fact, "we" amounts to more than half of the American population. In the last Presidential Election a record turn out of nearly 85% of the registered voters went to the polls to vote. But, only about 55% of the eligible voters are registered to vote. That means that adding the 15% that didn't vote and the 45% that aren't registered, only Half the country voted.

The views of the average American are almost invisible. In my next Blog, I will address the simple fact that there are huge numbers of citizens on both sides of the political spectrum that are dispossessed because the Two Party System is failing!
